FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is Lucidity?
Lucidity is a lead routing, tracking, and analytics platform for businesses. It
qualifies inbound sales leads, routes them to the right business inbox or CRM,
attributes them to the marketing source that produced them, and reports performance
through each business's Google Analytics 4 property.
Who is Lucidity for?
Lucidity is built for two kinds of teams: marketing agencies that manage many
businesses for external customers, and direct operators that manage their own client
groups and locations. Both work from the same workspace model with role-based
membership down to the location level.
How does Lucidity route leads?
Every business gets a dedicated routing inbox. Leads arriving from website forms,
third-party marketplaces, or ADF/XML feeds are qualified, matched to the correct
business and location, and delivered to the business's CRM or sales inbox — with full
source attribution attached.
Does Lucidity integrate with Google Analytics 4?
Yes. Each business is linked to exactly one active GA4 property through a
workspace-owned Google connection. Lucidity reads reporting data from that property
and can map analytics back to individual locations using explicit GA4 location
mappings.
What does the Lucidity tracking pixel do?
The tracking pixel is a lightweight tag installed on a business's website. It
identifies the business and emits website activity so that leads can be attributed to
the campaigns, channels, and pages that produced them.
Can one agency manage multiple businesses in Lucidity?
Yes. An agency workspace organizes businesses into client groups. Every business
belongs to exactly one client group, and access is controlled by memberships scoped to
the workspace, client group, business, or individual location.
